Payment & Shipping
All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. For your convenience, our secure online shopping cart offer Paypal, Credit Card facilities (via Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account) and Afterpay.
You must provide correct details at the time of making your order. If you enter an incorrect address, My Munchbox is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
Please email us straight away if you notice that your details are wrong. If your order has been dispatched My Munchbox is not held liable.
Every parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, My Munchbox will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings.
NOTE: If you give “Authority to Leave” on your order status, you waive your rights for replacements to be shipped if tracking shows your order as delivered. We prefer not to give “Authority to Leave” and will only do so if you request it in your order notes.
If a product is missing from an order, please contact us immediately.

Goods are subject to availability:
All items listed are subject to availability. We do our very best to ensure all advertised items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
Bento food pick and cutter stock may have colour variations and differ from item pictured. Personal computer monitor settings may vary colour displayed in all stock images. Our stock lines are constantly replenished and updated.
If you order goods which are for preorder, your entire order will be held until the preordered item arrives in stock. Preorder items have an Expected Release Date, goods may arrive up to 10 days before or after this date, you are accepting these terms when ordering. Shipping of the preorder items will be within 48 hours when we receiving the stock.
If you would like your items sent separately please contact to arrange as multiple shipping charges may apply.
At My Munchbox we do our best to get your awesome new products to you in the quickest time possible.
We post daily, Monday to Friday. All orders received prior to 2:00 pm AEST on those days will be sent in that dispatch. We will not post prior to full payment, including postage, being received.
We try and keep our shipping as affordable as possible for our customers. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 and use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for tracking parcels.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from our store but if you find your products are not what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. My Munchbox will charge an extra delivery fee, for all items exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges & Faulty Products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email with photos of identifying the fault to and send your item to: PO Box 1530, Chatswood, NSW, 2057, Australia.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, we will replace the item and send the item to your shipping address.
If you receive faulty or incorrect goods we will reimburse you the shipping costs after the goods have been returned. The postage receipt is required with the returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Discount Codes and Coupons
Everybody loves a bargain, including us. If you follow us on social media or are subscribed to our newsletter or mailing list then we often send out discount codes to say thanks!
Current discount codes available to use on eligible purchases, online ONLY at www.mymunchbox.com.au
- Discount codes can only be applied to items ordered online through www.mymunchbox.com.au and must be entered at checkout
- Discount code offers can be for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. We cannot refund or reimburse a discount if a code was not applied at the time of placing the order online.
- Only one discount code per transaction may be used but unlimited uses per customer is allowed within the given time frame
- Some items can and will be excluded from the promotion
- Absolute discounts on multiple items may be rounded up or down to the nearest 2 decimal places
- Discount code does not include shipping.
